This privacy policy tells you what to expect when Unimax Medical Systems INC. collects information about you (“personal data”) in connection with the activities described below, including when you order Unimax products and services, when you visit this website and Unimax locations, when you contact Unimax, or when you participate in Unimax events, surveys or clinical studies.

Unless otherwise stated below, the Unimax entity responsible for processing your personal data is UNIMAX MEDICAL SYSTEMS INC., located at 8F-2, No.127, Lane 235, Pao Chiao Road, Xindian District, New Taipei City 231, Taiwan. This entity is referred to throughout this Privacy Policy as “Unimax”, “we”, or “us”.

This privacy policy does not apply when you have been notified that an alternative policy applies (for example on other Unimax websites) or where Unimax processes your personal data on behalf of your medical institution or healthcare professional in connection with your medical treatment. Your medical institution and/or healthcare professional is solely responsible for the processing of your personal data for the provision of your medical treatment and care.

This policy also does not apply to data processing activities specifically relating to current or former Unimax employees or applicants.

 

What personal data we collect and how we use it

When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect the personal data you provide to us for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and conducting relevant business communication. The information we may collect includes: Company name, Name, Job title, Email address, Phone, Fax number, Website URL, Physical address, Specialty, Nature of business, Product(s) of interest, Comments or messages submitted by you, How you found our website.

We are headquartered in Taiwan and operate servers that may be located in Taiwan, the United States, or other countries.
